Oh dear. I think the ceo can take most of the credit for a somewhat turnaround of the business. Can’t be said for the chairman and the rest of the board. The chairman has overseen the results for the last 5 years. If he had new ideas 5 years ago ,they have failed. ASX companies headquartered on the fabulous Goldcoast don’t have a good batting average. Much the same as national sporting sides. To many distractions. It would seem that we are gifted by an abundance of elderly people who clog up boards. We have major shareholders with little appetite for more of the same. Been to a few agm’s . No opportunity for questions beyond the resolutions. Probably strictly correct but the chairman seemed under siege . So ceo 1 chairman 0 I’ve got no agenda, just a punter.
