We've already been here before.
We had the opportunity to achieve a mining permit, and get a greenlight to develop WA's first uranium mine. RH walked away from it, and didn't tell anyone. He kept his decision to himself for the entire year leading up to the 'substantial commencement' deadline of Jan 2022. Why do you think that is?
I doesn't matter what the govt does, or what global demand does, or whatever...
RH will not develop this project. Look at his actions, not his words.
