And I bet it influenced how you voted on the remuneration at the AGM, right? Good timing, huh? Maybe it was coincidence. Lol.
Compare their total wealth, plus their remuneration from all the directorship positions they hold, against the amount they bought recently. For example, take RH...how much has he made in total remuneration, from all sources, including super, while at Toro since Jan 2022? $1.8-$2million, before tax? And that's not even allowing for any interest or stock market returns he has made by investing this sum. And how much Toro stock did RH nibble at recently? Now, compare the two figures, and decide for yourself where his incentive remains?
Do they have a single clue how to build and run a uranium mine? Any mine? No, ofcourse not. I bet it scares the f*ck out of RH. Lol. Obviously, Toro leadership would have to change for that to happen. So, you tell me, where is RH's incentive? This version of Toro, is the best gig of his life. He has achieved nirvana heaven!
