it's not complicated really... for years farmers have hated GrainCorpa up country behaviour, but that didn't concern GrainCorp as it had the ports ( and reckoned growers were all putting in their own storages anyhow!...even more have gone in because of GrainCorp's behaviour!).
BUT NOW they have got more competition at Port level; and my experience with Brisbane and talking to industry participants, Fisherman's Island is a bit like a pork chop at a Muslim/Jew wedding! Everyone tries to avoid it.
If this is symptomatic across other areas of the business, no wonder we get underperformance! They sit in ivory towers and don't realise who pays their wages.
