ROG pleased to announce that they just escaped a board spill by only 59 mil votes.... Only 20% of 5Bil shares bothered to vote, disappointing....
Poll results explains how close this was to sending them all home.... This is a strong message to get their act together, key word here is ACT imo, NOT talk....
Res 1 - A big second strike of 45% AGAINST
Res 2 - 36% AGAINST so Wing remains
Res 3 - withdrawn
Res 4 - For 47%, 52% against, very very close and saved their collective positions and no board spill now, we should have had one as the difference was 59 Mil votes sand 55 Mil abstained, sigh!!!
We are stuck with them, over and out and I am disappointed...
