Not just the abstaining that made a difference. Large shareholder changed their mind at the last minute - after talking tough beforehand - along with a few other things that went against us. Maybe next time, some others who complain but do nothing when it comes to voting will actually vote and make a difference. Res 2 may have gotten passed and we may have had a chance to get an O & G person in there instead. The BOD has had a wake up call. Time for them to do what they promise. Otherwise next voting we need to be more co-ordinated than this and make a real difference. No more cushy ride for these people. They need to stand up and deliver or every vote session we will have them sweating.
