Yes I heard something similar!
Just goes to show that the majority of shareholders are not impressed with the BOD’s progress/ performance!!
The remuneration package is a joke and an insult to shareholders imo!!
450,000,000 free performance shares to the BOD if they hit a 100 MC for 5 consecutive days!
The incentive would be to sell before 1.7c IMO…. before your existing shares get diluted by management!
