The reason I sold at a significant 5 figure loss at 36c. I want this company to succeeed, but part of success means leadership being compensated reflective of the financial performance of the business.
IMO the only justification for any performance rights would be Vidalia ongoing development & convincing the DOE to waive loan repayments due to financial constraints.
Not a good look for the business when financial commitments are not going to being met but directors are being compensated at a higher than market average.
The spend at the back office needs to be gained control of until SYR books balance out.
