The Chairman going is a positive for me. Despite the difficulties, I’m not overly impressed how they’ve managed their costs and strategy, including CR’s and convertible notes. I hope a new Chair will put some pressure on the CEO and CFO to do better or maybe even replace them if appropriate. On a positive, they did convince the US to supply plenty of cash to keep afloat. While the graphite price is still struggling, if they can hang on till 2026, with the anode tariffs and ex China demand coming on stream they may survive for longer but not sure how prosperous they will be. Right now I understand why many would sell but I’d give it another 6 months to see what prevails. GLTA
