I was wrong about the publishing date for the new study. I read your wall of text and clicked the link because i wanted more info and then it sounded identical to the study i already read... well ok it was the one i had read derp. Maybe i was getting ptsd from the other announcement. Results are still the same with no fix mentioned.
I would say you are incorrect and jumping the gun about it being great news since you probably wont get any update or progress for months. There's your apple.
