BCC seems to be just 'going along with the motions' as was once pointed out by one of the previous shareholders that when they have met with the board to increase their holdings and/or seek status update on the company the board members appeared tired and defeated - one step away from accepting any reasonable buyout offer.
That shareholder has since sold and moved on. I believe he exited at .210 taking a small loss, smart man I say.
A bloody shame.
