You can say a lot of things about the board, but tired and defeated probably isn't one of them. I attended the AGM online and through the few times I had interacted with management, they certainly didn't look or sound defeated - so I have to disagree with that assessment, but that's just my personal opinion.
SH also had a chance to show their displeasure via the voting. I am surprised so very few did given the "lively" commentary on HC. Food for thought: if anyone got "bored" and didn't act, perhaps they should do something about it instead of just complain on a bulletin board?
