I suspect PLS holders are going to have to wait until the Annual Report late this month before we see any real upward movement. Shareholdes are, I think, waiting to see what the company is going to do with their huge cash and continued income.
Nevertheless, it is hard to see why we are at such a low prospective P/E ratio right now.
