PM - If the shares are already held in you super fund you don't need to sell the shares to set up a pension. Speak with your planner (cause I cant give advice) about moving the value of the 200,000 shares from accumulation phase to retirement phase. No physical sale is required. You then just pay the required pension % (for your age) form the upcoming Dividends!!
