The Morgans Broker report still has PLS target price at $4.70. So I wouldn't read too much into this as a driver for today's price action. This market reaction was always bound to happen at the first 'sniff' of pricing stability/weakness - that came with today's BMX auction which was actually a great result but able to be spun in a negative way. PLS ~$4 is clearly undervalued. The value traders will swoop soon enough. Even those that believe brokers PT's will start to get interested at these prices.
