This is exactly what my post is about. "Approval" as defined by the FDA is for Class III Medical Devices and I doubt that we (i) have "Approval" and (ii) need "Approval".
If you'd like to post a link to any ASX/CDX document with wording relating to this, it would be very useful.
In the meanwhile, your statement is in the first part, of interest, and of the second part, meaningless.
