Reading the booklet, Monday the 20th is "cum" which means that if you own shares on that day you are entitled to the shares in ASM. Same applies to dividends, if a company pays a dividend then a shareholder is entitled to that dividend on the "cum" date.
Tuesday the 21st is the "ex" day and anyone buying shares on that day is excluded.
So I am expecting a big rush tomorrow on those wanting part of the demerger.
