I'd bet that no news on 3rd licence as nobody genuinely knows at THC, all in ODC staff hands.

I highly doubt Beasley would be following the former managements 20M revenue deal no matter how great it is, that would be acknowledging they did some good work.
If Beasley's due diligence on the deal proves it's well worthwhile, I'd like to think Beasley, Xu & co would grab it with both hands. Not let it slide for the sake of it.
Time will tell.
