IMO the position of Martin Simon Janes (@msjanes ?) as a HAV director is also untenable.

Both non-executive directors should fall on their swords sooner rather than later. They've had their opportunity and shareholders have spoken: the 'dud deal', which they recommended and spared no expense selling, was overwhelmingly voted down.

BTW an edited version of the EGM video is now available on HAV's website after the original version was taken down. The unprofessional comments made by Janes in the 'open mike' section have been deleted.
