interesting this panel application was. Where did they think Johnson got 38% of the vote from if they did not believe Giles was part of the 38%? Then to say it all came as a shock to them on Monday. Seriously did they believe 38% of the shareholders had provided their proxy to Johnson EXCLUDING Giles? Then that should have told them they had it wrong so either dumb or plain obstinate and thought they could bully Giles into changing and then ignore 38% of the shareholders.
