If the resources are really worth what Chris Giles thinks they are, he should be able to find another entrepeneur willing to enter in to an agreement that properly reflects their value.
Even though no other offers were made during the negotiation period with Gupta, there may well be another company prepred to do a deal that is fair to both parties.
