At a guess the Board would not need to report operational changes to shareholders as you are seeking, they may well have to advise shareholders through an ASX announcement of a variation in future earnings as a result of a product demand. Now this can be done under either the Continuous Disclosure rules if the change is revenue is deemed material or as part of a Periodic Disclosure at the next reporting cycle.
However putting aside the Listing Rules as they are required to comply with there is nothing stopping a company from stepping up and advising the market through an announcement of changes to product profiles, product mix, supply or whatever else they consider worthy but this has not been the style of AHF since inception unless is was a spruiking opportunity and this behaviour is unlikely to change under the current Board as it was and remains a CEO matter if it is not a disclosure obligation.
Therein lies one of the fundamental problems with AHF.
