    Better they spend most of what they get on drilling.

    ... this lot have shown what their capacity is to raise funds ... the sketches mining plus has provided to date suggest a figure north of $20M for the underground exploration development ... what is the point in deviating drilling dollars to "designing" something they have zero chance of funding at this stage ...
