Raising another $2.5m to pay its newly appointed British CEO $315k pa - you have to even wonder why existing holders subscribe to more shares, sinking more good money after bad.
I'm really surprised this one hasn't gone under yet. Guess they're going to continue making more rounds of CR until the time their subscription dries out.
You simply can't make a viable business out of revenues in pesos, ringgit and baht and paying salaries and overheads in Aussie dollar. If its software is that good, they wouldn't be trying to make a business in South East Asia.
