How do other shareholders feel about being further diluted by the new $1 million placement just because of strong demand? I Would prefer the demand remain unsatisfied so as to support the market price. If this is part of some standstill agreement to maintain DGR's proportion they should say so. Further accelerate development of other initiatives? I am dubious.
