Confusing (perhaps intentionally). My read of it is:

5,436,838 - rights issue allocation
708,602 - sub-underwriter
3,668,347 - shortfall top up (so 69% of what people applied for)

I think they have kept it cryptic as the sub-underwriter wanted allocation and so even though there was enough applied for under the top up, the underwriter has made AMN scale the top up back so that the underwriter could get their fill.

Dodgy, and not at all what the role of the underwriter is! Smacks of special treatment. Preference should definitely go to existing shareholders before underwriters.
