I've been watching BUG for a while and the only thing that gives me some cause for concern - to the extent I'm not yet a holder - is it my memory is correct, the very high level of insider ownership (perhaps >50%, though I must admit I need to revisit this).

I'm interested to hear commentary on this, along with how tightly held the shares are and thoughts around whether this is a net positive or otherwise.

I've been involved with another company where there was no incentive for management to improve, as there was no chance of ever being bought out due to high levels of insider ownership, so perhaps I'm a bit too cautious.
