This represents a 74% take up rate of entitlements by eligible shareholders."

I would have expected 100% but I am assuming that 26% of the investors must be foreign and could not participate in the offer which is very unfortunate for them, It's a big disadvantage these investors have and they might want to sell because of it, I know I would be upset if I was an investor and could not participate, at one point through the offer period the share price got to 14 cents, almost a 3 bagger from 5 cents offer price.
