Administration is not an option, as if you read the prospectus SE has put up a guarantee on the transaction. Also, the two newish directors have excellent credentials and are backed by deep pockets and wouldn't go anywhere near anything that might have a chance of administration. It is obvious the directors suspected that a shortfall might happen, hence the announcement of placing the unsubscribed shares within 3 months! If these shares are sold to an institution, (as I suspect they will) this will be a total game changer.
