Disappointing take up from existing shareholders...
The company obviously need the cash to hit the finishing line still running (which should be mid year)...
Interesting though that the M/D has put in another $560k...
Also interesting that the new major shareholder who has put in $$$mm very recently did not participate...
Why not...??.. Does not make sense, unless of course, there is some other strategy in play...
The announcement does say "they are in discussions" with other strategic parties..
At least we will know within the next 3 months from the closing date...
