    Personally I'll be looking forward to the RtS document being published before EOFY, meaning (as I've previously proven that Stages 4 and 5 have been actually occurring within their 6 week respective timeframes the majority of the time as of late), ministerial signoff should be due around mid-late September.

    In b4 all of the resident whingers come here and tear my educated optimism to shreds..
