No, no. VRX cannot possibly just move Brucey sideways to a non-managing director role, and keep paying him a salary. Retail shareholders have lost confidence in the whole management team, so they all need to be replaced, so some confidence can be rebuilt from the ground up. VRX cannot afford to keep paying salaries of non performing managers, in any case. They need to preserve the little cash they have remaining.
