but just to clarify my broker point - as regards the shortfall the brokers don't have the excess shares, ready to dump when it suits them and depress the SP.
We can release to brokers at a time and price that suits us and the broker actually has a client who wants the shares and will keep them.
That puts us in the driver seat as regards the issue and also lines up LT holders. I dont begrudge brokers their comm, the issue is they holding a pile of post CR shares they hold but dont want and thus dump.
