The way I understand it is they raised $1.6m of which $1.4 was from Ian Gandel.
That leaves $200K from Retail Sh which is rational. Not sure whether the $1.4m from IG was rational, but he's an insider, and it was a pre-commitment.
It underlines how badly retailers are being done in this stock, alternatively, how badly isto's are missed. The thing would weigh heavily in my bottom drawer if it wasn't so lightweight.
All IMVHO.
