The crucial bit that no one is discussing, hopefully because its obvious:
"Any Shortfall Securities would be offered at a price not less than the Offer Price as offered under the Entitlement Offer. The Board may, in its
absolute discretion, invite other new investors and/or existing ASM shareholders to apply for Shortfall Securities."
At least they are not being sold into an already crushed secondary market.
This was such a waste of a retail offer that just crushed the share price. Offtakes Rowena. Offtakes now. Enough of this crap. Starting to ressemble your predecessor with too much promise and not enough delivery - she has delivered of course, but not enough. This should have just been an insto/Gandel placement.
Personally picked up below the entitlement price on the secondary mkt. And lets not forget, $1.44 before this crappy raise announced.
