yeah, I think option 1 and a slim chance of Option 2 as they set themselves up originally to spend 200k each.

I doubt we would pass the banks lending criteria so option 3 is out of the picture.

Option 4 the bigger players would of already participated in the shareholder raise such as Tribeca, but they didn't. So I doubt others are running to the party.
I suspect they tried going to different people before offering to shareholders, as thats what has happened in the past and they were successful.

Option 5 is a buyout for our assets and clear the house ie. management. ideally before the directors buy tonnes of shares and dilute it for the rest of us.
