Whilst I take your point. I'd argue that is a failure.
It doesn't matter how well David has transformed the company and re-imaged the business, when you absolutely suck the value out of the company like they have because of the inability to strike or structure a deal to support the company in a sustainable way, then all the wishy washy stuff counts for nought imo.
I understand it is not easy, but that is why they get paid the big bucks and receive performance options (despite not performing). I think they have had more than enough opportunities and at this rate ADO won't even exist for much longer (unless something good is really in the works).
I give them 3 months (max) then I think heads need to roll asap. No more excuses, no more "a deal is coming" bs. If this mob were in charge of a large corporate, they would have been given the flick a while ago
