Well, they took a punt in closing the offer when they did. Sometimes punts pay off and sometimes they don't. And that one didn't pay off.
And now they've taken another punt with the rights offer, and lost again.
I won't be surprised if they now do something cute to try to force minorities' hands - eg as soon as they are able, propose delisting. But if they do, based on what I know about those minorities, I think one of them will haul 5GN before the Panel.
