It’s pretty telling that the Board is so quick to talk up the near-term capitalisation and success of R327, yet they’re not willing to put their own money behind it. That sends a message in itself.
In the April investor webinar at 13:24, James Graham explicitly said — and I quote — “I will be investing and taking up part, if not all, of my entitlement. We'll see how I can go because my entitlement is quite significant.”It’s hard not to see a disconnect between the public messaging and the actual level of director participation.
To me, it reads between the lines that the timeframe for these milestones and share price catalysts may be longer than expected — and that another capital raise could be on the cards.
