Only ~$3.4M of the $10.8M offer was taken up (~31%). That’s low. i think it reflects fatigue from retail holders or just lack of confidence in near-term execution. For a company pushing into Phase 3, you'd expect stronger support.

That gives Recce a runway of ~9–10 months, potentially into Feb/March 2026,

What's surprising is that there are still some retail shareholders who think this company is worth investing in, albeit their numbers are dwindling.
