At 12.5c current market cap is $3.9m - happy to pick up a few extra shares at this level. Exploration news from the USA should be very close (although really not the main game here) and you would expect an update on the "advanced negotiations" shortly.
I could be completely wrong here but I like the timing of issuing the new options to existing holders prior to any major news. Wont take a lot to get this to a $6-$8m+ mcap in the current market (20c-25c), so oppies become in the money and dilution to current holders is minimized.
