Aside from the Giles and Johnson families the turn out for voting was not high.
Yes, Chris Giles' 20 % equated to a very large part of the 60.57 who voted AGAINST, so to did the Johnson family interest count heavily for the FOR vote.
I was not at the meeting, I hope it was civil and solved some concerns for everyone there.
Lets move on and pull together as a team to improve the perception of HAV in the market place and bring some value back to ALL Shareholders, large and small.
