BOE also released some commentary regarding native title issues in the region in their ASX release dated 19/12/2018 (the same day as HAV's release). Well worth reading in it's entirety.

    A snippet:

"On Friday, 14 December 2018, a specially convened hearing of the Federal Court of Australia held at Orroroo, South Australia, pronounced a Consent Determination of native title held jointly by Adnyamathanha, Wilyakali No. 2 and Ngadjuri Nation native title holders over the region and its many mining projects from approximately Orroroo to Olary north of the Barrier Highway in South Australia. This settled native title claims extending as far back as 1996"

This settlement seems to bodes well for all existing and future mining operations in the region.

What I also found illustrative was the respective photos that accompanied the ASX releases.

    This was BOE's:

    This was HAV's:

When it comes to HAV, all roads lead through Giles.
