have you looked at the company's last 4C, their quarterly net cash burn and their cash position or have you been too busy going around the neighborhood & for each house that is for sale, trying to find out if the sale is a result of a divorce proceeding?
seems like an interesting business idea for a real estate buyers agent....."We only recommend buyers houses from families going through a divorce because they are desperate and we are all about screwing them over so you get a great deal".....and clearly as an agent trying to turn the screws on vulnerable people....oh sorry - identifying a great bargain, you deserve a decent commission
