SH's aren't fooled. As a listed entity offices can be closed (e.g. Washington state office in 2020), rendundancies made (e.g. non-operational payments in 4Cs in 2020, 2021). It's a little harder to grant replacement options to employees and management as a listed entity, or to do other things that might attract SH scrutiny.
