Just had a look at total numbers, just about 1b out of 6-7b. If there is a voting fatigue or an "I don't give damn" attitude then board changes could be very likely. 5-6b votes did not get casted, interesting.
Maybe Hopper's seat isn't that secure at all as todays voting could have been used by the board to show their real support. As mentioned before, the IPD board was certain to have the numbers, today they had a bad awakening. And what a coincidence, an unnecessary CR, too low and too early, was the final act that caused the spill.
