Bottom line is that The Board remains. So let them get on with it and if no traction re CEO etc by end of June, then no doubt the AGM will be interesting.
No one knows how FIL voted, if at all, my guess is that they did not vote but rather sat on the fence. Clearly did not abstain.
I presume your mother would have said to you at some stage, if you cannot say anything nice, then say nothing at all. So clearly apart from your short positions, I am always at a loss to see you continually bashing this stock. Maybe its time for you to focus on another stock to short.
