Have done a quick analysis of the total votes, if you exclude the related parties on both side of the vote, the requisitioning shareholders, AW and OB shareholders, then it is approx 47M shares against the removal of OB and 25M shares for the removal.

Any way you want to look at it, there is still support there for The Board and OB.

Another interesting statistic is that the 3 Requisitioning Shareholders will need to increase their holdings if they wish to maintain combined 5%. Would be ironic if they chose to participate in the capital raising!
