'All of this with the immense benefit of hindsight, ' - they submitted the application with BLANK appendices. They were BLANK. I fail to see how hindsight is going to help them here if they didnt think this was incorrect before. This is like sitting the VCE, handing back a blank exam paper, going home and telling your parents not to worry and then acting surprised when you failed.
