As Justice Lee would say, 'on the balance of probabilities' I would say that they did rape the share price. Beginning with the complaint to ASX aware as per the notice issued on the 27 March 2024. As I said that discount for the CR at a time when momentum was building for ASM against the direction of the sector was nothing short of ridiculous.
I just wonder if the shorts are seeking a heads up before any offtake announcement is made.
